We offer shipping to customers in the United States and Canada. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Shipping fees for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories may vary and will be calculated at checkout.

We use amazon to ship our products. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on carrier estimates. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping options. If you require faster delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email to request a return authorization number (RMA). Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
